Fairtrade at Leigh Folk Festival 2012

Westcliff-on-Sea based startup 'Fairtrade and Fabulous' will be joining forces with Chelmsford based 'Shop to change the world' to sell their ethical wares at this years Leigh Folk Festival.

Their stall will be selling mainly home ware, kitchen and garden gifts, jars of Fairtrade jam/maramalade/chutney, wirework, decorative hooks and shelves, bedcovers, childrens gifts, candles and some jewellery.

The stall has a fantastic twist though as it will be supporting Fairtrade Co-operatives and artisans who work with Traidcraft, Tearcraft, Namaste, Nkuku and a Dalit charity that 'Shop to save the world' has been trading with.

You'll find the stalls in the Old Town High Street on Sunday 24th June from around 11am onwards. Look out for the large inflatable Fairtrade banana!...
